Megan was terrific. She made two delicious meals for our big group. I heartily recommend her to anyone looking for good food.

Thanks so much for creating a wonderful Thanksgiving feast our family -- loved the classic and the classic 'twists'. A lovely and memorable meal!

Fall Favorites Class: I loved having my own cutting board in class. Loved the butternut squash soup and the poached pear with red wine and creme anglaise. I learnt how to use a spoon to peel ginger and how to chiffonade - new word and great - loved it!

We attended the Fall Favorites Class. Megan's vibe was so positive - great energy and SO positive. It was fun - both the people and activity. The techniques I found the most useful were how to split and stuff the chicken breast. It was lovely to have flowers, and I suggest you turn off the fluorescent lights when the class sits down to eat. Class definately met my expectation!
