We are so
excited to be a part of creating the most important memories and events
in your life. We give our full attention to each event, and only take on
a limited number of events in order to ensure that we can give your
event the attention and focus that it needs.
Deposit
We request a deposit to hold the date for you, and this is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your event. If you need to cancel for any reason less than 60 days prior, but more than 3 weeks prior to an event, we will endeavor to rebook your date, and in most cases we are able to apply your entire deposit, less a small administrative fee, to your next event. For cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the event, event planning, services and out of pocket costs will be prorated, and the balance of your deposit is transferable to your future event.
Deposits for Holiday Dates: Holiday dates are a premium time for us, and we may turn away business based on commitments to current customers. In the event of a cancellation of a holiday date, the above policies only apply if we are able to rebook the date with another client, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited, up to a maximum of $500.
Final Payment
The final payment is due on the day of the event, or the day after in the case of more complicated events involving variable staff hours. The terms of your final payment will be detailed on your catering agreement.
