Hands-on classes mean that you can all get involved, and learn skills that you will remember and use again and again. Our adult classes include instruction about:

- timing and timeline of executing each menu
- purchasing fresh & pantry items
- knife skills
- techniques and skills relevant to the menu items, and ways to use these in other recipes
- plate presentation
- wine selections
Each student will receive a copy of the menus and recipes.
